1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to CometoSpain, operated by Global Mobility LLC ("Global Mobility", "CometoSpain", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
Global Mobility LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office in 5830 E 2nd STE , Casper, Wyoming, United States.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, communication channels, consultation services, immigration support services, relocation services, administrative assistance services, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, booking consultations, purchasing Services, or otherwise interacting with CometoSpain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
By registering an account, submitting an application, purchasing a service, clicking an acceptance checkbox, signing electronically, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you enter into a legally binding electronic agreement with Global Mobility LLC.
You consent to receiving contracts, disclosures, invoices, notices, and other communications electronically.
Electronic signatures and electronic records shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
CometoSpain provides immigration support, relocation assistance, administrative guidance, document preparation assistance, government procedure support, consultation services, and informational resources.
Services may include:
- Immigration consultations;
- Residency application support;
- Visa support services;
- Digital nomad visa support;
- Entrepreneur visa support;
- NIF, NIE, NISS assistance;
- Tax registration assistance;
- Relocation planning;
- Housing search assistance;
- Administrative onboarding support;
- Translation coordination;
- Government appointment assistance;
- Business setup guidance;
- Other mobility-related services.
The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or expand Services at any time.
4. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Global Mobility LLC is not a government authority.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Global Mobility LLC:
- Is not a law firm;
- Does not provide legal representation;
- Does not establish an attorney-client relationship;
- Does not provide tax advice;
- Does not provide investment advice;
- Does not provide financial advice.
Information provided through the Platform is intended solely for informational and administrative support purposes.
You should seek independent legal, tax, or financial advice where appropriate.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF IMMIGRATION OUTCOME
Government agencies, consulates, immigration authorities, tax authorities, and social security authorities retain sole discretion regarding all applications.
Accordingly, CometoSpain does not guarantee:
- Visa approval;
- Residence permit approval;
- Citizenship approval;
- Work authorization approval;
- NIE issuance;
- NIF issuance;
- NISS issuance;
- Tax registration approval;
- Processing times;
- Government decisions.
Past approvals, statistics, success rates, assessments, opinions, or eligibility evaluations do not constitute guarantees of future results.
6. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts;
- Provide truthful information;
- Not be prohibited from receiving Services under applicable law.
We may refuse Services at our sole discretion.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information;
- Submit authentic documents;
- Cooperate with requests for additional information;
- Respond within reasonable deadlines;
- Carefully review all submissions before filing.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied.
The Company shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or fraudulent information.
8. KYC AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To comply with applicable regulations and prevent fraud, we may require identity verification.
You may be asked to provide:
- Passport copies;
- National identity cards;
- Residence permits;
- Utility bills;
- Proof of address;
- Tax identification documents;
- Corporate records.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in suspension or termination of Services.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
- Submit fraudulent information;
- Upload forged documents;
- Impersonate another person;
- Violate laws or regulations;
- Interfere with Platform security;
- Distribute malware;
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Harass employees or contractors;
- Engage in abusive behavior.
The Company may immediately suspend or terminate accounts violating these provisions.
10. FEES AND PAYMENTS
All fees are payable in USD & Euro. unless otherwise specified.
Fees do not include:
- Government fees;
- Consular fees;
- Apostille fees;
- Translation fees;
- Notary fees;
- Courier fees;
- Third-party service charges and Tasa fees.
Such expenses remain the client's responsibility unless expressly included in a purchased package.
The Company may modify pricing at any time.
11. REFUND POLICY
11.1 Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable under EU consumer protection law, eligible consumers may withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase.
Where Services began at the client's request during the withdrawal period, refunds may be reduced proportionally to work already performed.
11.2 Consultation Services
Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally non-refundable.
11.3 Immigration and Relocation Services
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The service purchased;
- Work already performed;
- Third-party costs were incurred.
Government refusals, legal changes, policy changes, administrative delays, or immigration authority decisions do not automatically create entitlement to a refund.
11.4 Non-Refundable Costs
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Government fees;
- Translation costs;
- Apostille costs;
- Courier expenses;
- Payment processor fees;
- Banking fees;
- Third-party service costs.
12. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Clients agree not to initiate payment chargebacks for Services already rendered.
Where a chargeback is initiated, the Company may provide documentation, correspondence, invoices, records, agreements, and evidence of Services to payment processors, financial institutions, and dispute-resolution providers.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
13. CLIENT COOPERATION REQUIREMENT
The client acknowledges that immigration and relocation matters require active cooperation.
Failure to:
- Provide requested documents;
- Respond to communications;
- Attend appointments;
- Meet deadlines;
may result in delays, refusals, or termination of Services.
The Company shall not be liable for consequences arising from such failures.
14. SERVICE TIMELINES
All estimated processing times are estimates only.
The Company does not guarantee completion dates.
Processing times may be affected by:
- Government backlogs;
- Administrative delays;
- Policy changes;
- Third-party providers;
- Force majeure events.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content; software, branding, graphics, documentation, methodologies, databases, designs, and materials provided through the Platform remain the exclusive property of Global Mobility LLC or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.
16. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of documents and content you submit.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, review, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing Services.
17. PRIVACY AND GDPR
The Company processes personal data in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
- Applicable Spanish privacy laws;
- Applicable United States laws where relevant.
You may exercise rights including:
- Access;
- Rectification;
- Erasure;
- Restriction;
- Portability;
- Objection.

18. DATA TRANSFERS
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the Company shall implement appropriate safeguards required under GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

- User preferences;
- Platform functionality.

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including:
- Payment processors;
- Government portals;
- Video conferencing providers;
- Scheduling systems;
- Translation providers;
- Identity verification providers.
The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of such third parties.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Pandemics;
- Government actions;
- Legislative changes;
- Labor disputes;
- Internet outages;
- Cyberattacks;
- War;
- Terrorism;
- Administrative disruptions.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Mobility LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages;
- Consequential damages;
- Special damages;
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of business opportunities;
- Loss of data;
- Emotional distress;
- Government decisions;
- Immigration refusals.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Mobility LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal costs arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Fraudulent conduct;
- Misrepresentation;
- Violation of law.
24. TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate Services at any time where:
- These Terms are violated;
- Fraud is suspected;
- Required documentation is not provided;
- Payments remain outstanding;
- Abusive conduct occurs.
Termination shall not affect accrued rights and obligations.
25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations for at least thirty (30) days.
Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be subject to mediation where legally permissible.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers residing within the European Union of mandatory protections granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
27. JURISDICTION
Subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
28. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
